I have a problem... my Macromedia Flash MX wont open them!! And i cant figure out any way to open them...

Unfortunately, using another version of Adobe Flash is your only option, unless someone (Not me.) can convert it for you, or if you can get some sort of Adobe Flash compatibility pack.
This is what gets me every time. If Microsoft can make FREE Microsoft Office compatibility packs, why can't Adobe make them for Adobe Flash?! Grr....

You open them with Adobe Flash.

YouTube videos are now my focus. I lost the will to animate Madness Combat ages ago, albiet I still have the Madness Psychosis Episode 1 Adobe Flash CS3 file, and Adobe Flash CS3 also.
It's how things go. I mean, look what WalrusGuy did on YouTube, he's no longer making YouTube Poops. He now makes animations and uploads them here at Newgrounds. I was a bit sad when he did this, but it's his choice, and I'm happy with it.
Well, times change, as do trends! ;-)
Oh, by the way, I do animate emergency vehicles in Serif DrawPlus X2 still, probably because they're simple and quite easy to do, hehe.
