I know just the sound effect you are talking about. Unfortunately, I don't know any resources yet that include this sound. If they DO include this sound, it may not be clearly labelled as to what it's from.

As for the low quality, that is just a setting that has been saved with the sprite sheet. To adjust the quality, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click on the View button at the top of the Macromedia Flash window.
Step 2: Hover your cursor over Preview Mode.
Step 3: Click on any of the Preview Modes to change how objects are viewed.
I hope this helps!

Wow all the madness sprites i could want/need, Great! But can you post a link for these in .gif or .png? i love to edit and work with sprites in paint programs but dont have flash (and wont for quite awhile).

Nope sorry. I do not host my own files, nor do I do conversions.
My advice: Upgrade to a newer version of Flash Professional. I don't think you'll regret it!

Yes I have it on my computer.
HOWEVER, when I did clean ups for this (Replace broken links, add resources requests etcetera.) some time ago, a lot of links I found to be broken for too long. Those broken links were removed. That's why there is so little resources right now.
Fear not, though. I'm sure I'll be able to put a lot of the Sprites back up.
