Not a trick nor rhetorical question; I use Avast Online Security, only just noticed this, I'm genuinely intrigued and open to feedback. 🙂

I have never hosted any scamming, malicious or misleading content on Nez Tech, so seeing it marked as "may be untrustworthy" is disheartening to a degree.

I'm very interested in the reasoning behind people feeling negative about my website. I wonder what I did wrong / badly? 🤔
